Terms of Service

By installing or using Etiqi, you agree to these Terms. Etiqi is operated by FLO & KONSULTING (SIRET 81320505100028), 45 rue des Binelles, 92310 Sevres, France.

Etiqi helps food merchants generate EU-format nutrition labels, detect allergens, review catalogues, and import nutritional data. Etiqi is a labelling assistance tool - it does not replace a qualified food expert or legal professional.

Results must always be verified by the Merchant or a qualified food expert before publication. FLO & KONSULTING does not guarantee legal compliance of generated output. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you input and for ensuring compliance with EU Regulation No 1169/2011. AI suggestions are indicative only and must be reviewed by a human before use.

Plans: Starter EUR 19/month (20 analyses), Growth EUR 49/month (75 analyses), Pro EUR 99/month (unlimited). All plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card required during trial. Billing is managed by Shopify. Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period. No refunds for partial months. Unused analyses do not carry over.

You agree not to: use the App unlawfully, input false product information, reverse-engineer the App, or circumvent usage limits.

All content and functionality of Etiqi are the exclusive property of FLO & KONSULTING. You retain ownership of data you input.

Data collection and use is governed by our Privacy Policy (www.etiqi.app/privacy), incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The App is provided as-is. FLO & KONSULTING is not liable for labelling errors from incorrect data, fines, recalls, or indirect damages. The Merchant bears full responsibility for the accuracy and legal compliance of all labels published. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Paris, France. EU consumers may use: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
