Etiqi is a Shopify application developed and operated by FLO & KONSULTING (SIRET 81320505100028), based in Sèvres (92310), France. Application: Etiqi – EU Food Label Compliance Website: www.etiqi.app Contact: support@etiqi.app As a company established in France, FLO & KONSULTING is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679).

2. What Data We Collect

When you install and use Etiqi, we collect the following data from Shopify merchants: • Shopify store URL and shop name — App authentication and configuration • Product data (names, descriptions) — Label generation • Ingredient lists, allergen data, nutritional values — Label generation and compliance checks • Billing plan and subscription status — Subscription management • Store locale and currency — Multi-language label generation We do NOT collect your customers' personal data, order or financial data, or browsing history.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data exclusively for: 1. Providing the Etiqi service — generating EU-compliant food labels from your product data 2. Authentication — verifying your Shopify session and maintaining your secure connection 3. Subscription management — tracking your plan limits and billing status 4. Customer support — responding to your requests and resolving issues 5. Service improvement — understanding how the app is used (aggregated, non-personal analytics only) We will never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Our data processing is based on the following legal grounds under GDPR: • Contract performance (Art. 6.1.b): Processing is necessary to deliver the Etiqi service you subscribed to • Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f): Aggregated analytics for product improvement • Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c): Where required by applicable law

5. Data Retention

• Product and label data: Duration of active subscription • Authentication tokens: Duration of active session • Billing records: 10 years (French legal obligation) • Support correspondence: 3 years Upon uninstallation, your product and label data will be deleted within 30 days. You may request immediate deletion by contacting support@etiqi.app.

6. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on servers located within the European Union. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted data storage, restricted access controls, and regular security reviews.

7. Third-Party Services

Etiqi uses the following sub-processors: • Railway — Application hosting and database (EU) • Shopify — App installation and billing (Canada, uses Standard Contractual Clauses for GDPR compliance) No other third parties have access to your data.

8. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a data subject, you have the following rights: • Right of access (Art. 15): Request a copy of the data we hold about you • Right to rectification (Art. 16): Request correction of inaccurate data • Right to erasure (Art. 17): Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten") • Right to restriction (Art. 18): Request that we limit processing of your data • Right to data portability (Art. 20): Request your data in a machine-readable format • Right to object (Art. 21): Object to processing based on legitimate interest To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@etiqi.app. We will respond within 30 days. 9. Cookies

The Etiqi app, when embedded in Shopify Admin, uses only strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. No tracking or advertising cookies are used. Our marketing website (www.etiqi.app) may use analytics cookies. Where applicable, your consent will be requested before any non-essential cookie is set.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you via the Shopify Admin or by email. Continued use of Etiqi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
